We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Architect to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on construction experience and strong technical skills in drafting and cost estimation.
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of construction experience
Proficient in AutoCAD
Knowledgeable in cost estimation and quantity take-offs
Licensed or Non-Licensed applicants are welcome to apply
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD
Perform cost estimates and material take-offs
Assist in project planning and coordination
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members
