Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Ajman or Sharjah
• Must have their own valid visa
• Strong experience in villa construction and site supervision
• Excellent knowledge of building materials, quantities, and construction methods
• Ability to analyze material costs and negotiate competitive prices
• Capable of managing labor teams and site operations professionally
• Strong knowledge of reading and implementing engineering drawings and plans
• Experience in UAE villa construction is highly preferred

• Supervise and manage villa construction sites
• Ensure quality, progress, and timely completion of projects
• Manage labor and coordinate with suppliers and contractors
