We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing safety strategies across multiple projects or large sites, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. Main Responsibilities Develop and enforce safety management systems (OHS Act compliant).
Conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations.
Mentor and supervise Safety Officers.
Integrate safety into project planning.
Track and report safety performance.
Deliver training and toolbox talks.
Identify and mitigate site hazards.
