ACCIONA – CMS joint venture in the Philippines seeks an experienced Civil CAD Operator to support civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Floridablanca, Pampanga. You will prepare accurate drawings, layouts, and design documentation in coordination with engineers and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure or land development projects and proficient use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with knowledge of local codes and BOQs.
