Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
7+ years of experience in Citrix administration/engineering
Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
Manage and optimize Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, security, and performance
Support Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, Director, and related components
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability
Implement security best practices aligned with banking and compliance standards
Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations for Citrix infrastructure
Work closely with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior engineers
