Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix cloud Support Analyst.
Requirements:
1) Operate Citrix Cloud components (delivery groups, catalogs, policies) and ensure user access to published apps/desktops.
2) Monitor connector/Cloud Connector health and service availability; act on advisories.
3) Patch and update VDA images; validate application delivery and profiles post update.
4) Troubleshoot logon slowness, session stability, and profile/FSLogix issues; document fixes.
5) Manage access control integrations (IdP, MFA) and validate sign in flows.
6) Coordinate with NetScaler for gateway and traffic policies affecting Citrix access.
7) Maintain golden image pipelines, app layering, and update runbooks.
8) Ensure monitoring/alerting covers all layers (connector, broker, VDA) and resolve telemetry issues.
9) Participate in DR tests for control plane loss and site failover; record outcomes.
