AYAN InfoTech is looking for Citrix Admin to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Role: Citrix Admin
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years

Required Skills & Experience:

  • This refers to how resource capacity (people, tools, processes) is aligned within IT support and end-user environments to maintain and support
  • Citrix infrastructure (CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler)
  • End-user experience (logon performance, app access, printing, etc.)
  • Incident and problem resolution
  • Change and patch management
  • Monthly patch cycles (OS, Citrix components)
