Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
You will be the rhythm-keeper of the Hub — coordinating the weekly programme so that every pillar is active, aligned, and delivering real outcomes for citizens.

Key Tasks:

  • Coordinate and communicate the weekly programme schedule across the team.
  • Ensure all Hub pillars (employment, wellbeing, community) have active delivery each week.
  • Keep activity aligned to intended outcomes and flag any gaps early.
  • Support and brief team members and volunteers ahead of each week's sessions.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong organiser with a feel for people and priorities.
  • Confident communicating clearly across a mixed team.
  • Previous coordination, project management or community leadership experience helpful.

Time Commitment:
3–4 hours per week including a weekly team check‑in.
