Role Overview : services to be delivered by a Cisco Voice Engineer, Sr, to support critical enterprise voice initiatives. The engineer will serve as the technical resource for Cisco voice platform upgrades, datacenter migration activities, carrier circuit validation, and cloud calling evaluation, while also providing operational support for service-impacting incidents.
