Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for Cisco Umbrella services
- Monitor the Cisco Umbrella dashboard for security events, policy violations, and system health
- Troubleshoot issues related to DNS-layer security, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), cloud-delivered firewall, and roaming client deployments
- Perform routine configuration changes including policy updates, allow/block lists, and identity or group management in accordance with change management procedures
- Respond to security alerts, analyze logs, and support incident response and investigation activities
- Coordinate with network and security teams to ensure smooth integration with on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes as part of scheduled maintenance activities
