Cisco Lead Engineer


£50-60, per annum + Permanent Benefits


Flexible working - Luton + other sites



This position requires you to undergo SC Clearance, so you must be eligible.



A leading IT consultancy is looking to recruit a Cisco Lead Engineer, to lead a small team supporting a key end client in Luton and the South-west of England. You will be responsible for handling TOIP/Telephony and videoconferencing issues, project work and managing a small team.



Your role



  • Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents

  • Respond to specific hardware or application requests.

  • Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects

  • Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.

  • Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
