Job Description
Responsible for the completion of circuit installation endorsement coming from the Enterprise Service Delivery team. Ensuring the equipment installed at B2B customers are done timely, within standards and in accordance with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan. Provide assistance to support teams in terms of opportunity handling specific to serviceability. Analyze field installation from other provider and recommend practices to adopt as an improvement to the existing processes.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
