RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. Stop work in the area of an identified health or safety problem until resolved.Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of all members of the crew in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager.Train, mentor, and coach crew members to provide direction and support to ensure jobs are completed safely, within budget, and on time. Read and interpret specifications, such as blueprints, to determine job site requirements and to plan procedures.Locate, measure, and mark site locations for the job, using measuring and marking equipment.Order any needed supplies, including PPE.
