About the Team


CIM Technicians provide technical support for production PCs, scanners, label printers, network infrastructure and other production IT equipment. CIM Technicians assist with line moves, engineering builds, and other cross-functional initiatives.

What you can look forward to as a CIM Technician:

  • Under minimal supervision, performs preventative and predictive maintenance on Production IT PCs, scanners, label printers, vision systems, and ESD Gates.

  • Supports phone system by installing hardware and resolving issues.

  • Identifies, documents, and works to improve system reliability in area of responsibility. Aim – increase Mean Time Between Failures, reduce Mean Time To Repair.

  • Performs Root-Cause Analysis to implement effective corrective actions and reduce equipment downtime.
