WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and maintain the cigar inventory ensuring correct stock levels, storage conditions, pricing, and vintages at all times.
• Provide expert cigar recommendations and pairings, delivering exceptional service to members and guests.
• Ensure humidors, cigar displays and service areas are clean, organized, and maintained to club standards.
• Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate recording of all cigar, food and beverage sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cigars, wines, food offerings and club services.
• Collaborate closely with the floor team to deliver seamless guest experiences and support private events.
• Train and share cigar knowledge with colleagues to enhance overall team expertise.
• Uphold health, safety, housekeeping and service standards while safeguarding club assets and stock.
