CIAM Architect

Working Environment

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Primary Skills

  • 5+ years experience in CIAM space (ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity)
  • 3+ years hands‑on with ForgeRock platform (SaaS or On‑Prem)
  • Strong understanding of product capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design new feature capabilities (ForgeRock/Ping)
  • Review business requirements and deliver overall architectural design
  • Provide design artifacts outlining solution, components, decisions, estimates
  • Collaborate closely with IAM Engineering partners
  • Evaluate new authentication capabilities and incorporate into designs
  • Partner with cross‑functional architect teams (IAM, security, business channel, fraud)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Bank to provide enterprise‑grade solutions
