CI Manager – Eaton IS AER ITD Division

Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for coordinating plant site continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of manufacturing operations, achieve operational excellence, and reduce variation. The role will execute lean manufacturing and fulfillment strategies for process improvement, inventory reduction, and cost optimization. The Manager will contribute to the business organization with the implementation of the Eaton Business System, including the Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS).

What You’ll Do

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve manufacturing operations and achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for implementation of ECIS based on lean assessment.
