  • In charge of identifying, deploying and driving the successful completion of targeted projects and initiatives that deliver operational and financial results, as well as improved customer satisfaction.
  • Taking charge as a Business Partner to the Site to drive step-change improvements in business performance by analysing company processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies.
  • Establish and implement an effective framework and structure across the organization to enable continuous business improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the business, including training, coaching, guiding, and delivering outcomes.
