Chronic Management Administrator

1. Responsibilities

Capture all relevant patient information on system for Chronic Management Care for all providers.

Must call various medical aids to confirm if patient is registered on Chronic, test and procedures covered by those schemes.

These validations must be done efficiently and accurately for all providers.

Maintain constant communication with nurses at the providers rooms to provide Chronic Management.

Must send email every morning regarding the number of Validations done for the previous day.

To verify using Skylims the number of tests sent to JDJ after validations.

ADHOC Administrative functions, filing, scanning, answering of telephone, taking messages.
