Customer Service Representative

  • Place sales orders for direct shipments.
  • Track pending orders in the system.
  • Perform daily and periodic invoicing.
  • Review and maintain sales order report.
  • Manage record of stocking agreements.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Advanced English C1 or equivalent (Required).
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Required).
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Detail oriented and problem‑solving skills.
