SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and cooking of Chinese Cuisine.
- Exercise good cost and inventory management practices and controls.
- Able to follow and cook according to menu planned.
- Check goods receivable from suppliers and store them accordingly to hygiene and food safety standard.
- Ensure safe operations of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Applicants with 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Able to manage stress well.
Working site: Kallang Way / AMK
6 days / week
