Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of traditional and contemporary dim sum dishes, including dumplings, buns, rolls, and other steamed or fried varieties.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and presentation that aligns with restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while strictly adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and management to develop new dim sum offerings and refine existing dishes.
- Manage inventory to ensure ingredients are adequately stocked and prepared in a timely manner.
