Chinese Chef based in Madrid

We are looking for a Chinese Cuisine Chef to lead the kitchen team of a Chinese company in Madrid. This position requires proven experience in traditional Chinese cooking, fluency in Mandarin, and a strong focus on culinary excellence.

• Reporting to the Executive Chef of B&I and the Culinary Director of the company in Spain.


• Conduct culinary R&D activities, exploring and selecting new Chinese suppliers and products.


• Ensure the highest standards of flavor, temperature, and presentation for Chinese cuisine.


• Maintain consistency and creativity in food display and preparation.


• Communicate with clients to adapt dishes to their specific preferences when necessary.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within high-end kitchens.
