Job Description
**Purpose** :
Oversee China tax related matters and provide tax advice in assisting Stryker’s business grow in China. Act as business partner to the FD of China and Suzhou. Ensure all business models are in compliance with local jurisdiction requirements together with Corporate policies, guidelines and deadlines.
**_Key responsibilities/duties_** **_:_**
_Tax Advisory:_
+ Provide tax support for projects implementation;
+ Develop and foster strong working relationships with BU colleagues and cross-functional departments including amongst others:
+ Work with local finance team to ensure transactions are properly recorded;
+ Work with local operation team to develop and maintain tax required documentation;
+ Work with legal team to execute the transactions
+ Identify and execute local tax subsidiary / tax relief opportunity in China to achieve tax saving and efficiency in China and support business growth;
