  • Business Development: Proactively solicit new accounts and manage existing relationships within the Chinese market.

  • Sales Strategy: Implement action plans, conduct sales calls, and host site inspections/FAM trips.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate account data in hotel system and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.

  • Engagement: Represent the hotel at chamber functions and social networking events; manage client entertainment and deposits.
