1. Understand short/mid/long term business needs and business strategy of the China region and accordingly define the human capital requirements in full collaboration with the regional leadership
2. Define, develop and get implemented regional Talent Management framework & strategy in line with the business objectives and overall ST Talent management strategy
3. Drive the organizations structures and organization development activities keeping in view
consistency, empowerment and future requirements
4. Run the Group HR related operations & drive the related KPls e.g. workforce planning, headcount management, people reviews, learning & development, promotions, productivity benchmarking,
diversity, employee engagement levels, competence management, role of business partner etc.

5. Collaborate strongly and work very closely with the stake holders e.g, regional executive leadership teams
