- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC and chiller systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC and chiller components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety and industry standards
- Provide efficient and responsive support to our clients
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
