- Manage and control overall HVAC business operations for commercial buildings, with a primary focus on chiller products and related systems, including CPMS and BMS.
- Develop and implement medium- and long-term strategies to expand the chiller product business and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Lead and mentor sales and engineering support teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Represent the company at industry seminars, conferences, and networking events to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Other tasks as assigned.
