Responsibilities

You will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of chillers, cooling tower, condenser and chilled water pumps, during shifts, to maintain trouble free air‑conditioning services in the buildings. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Operation chillers and other associated equipment to maintain trouble free service for building air conditioning
• Monitor and maintain chemical dosing of condenser water to prevent rusting of piping etc
• Ensure housekeeping of plant room and cooling tower to maintain neat and tidy environment for equipment
• Record of all required parameters for chillers and other associated equipment in the log book to maintain operational history of equipment and also follow safety procedures
• Any other related task as assigned by Engineer.
