This role is to support a 15-year-old boy in his family home and out in the community. Our client has complex needs including Angelman syndrome, learning disabilities, epilepsy, non-verbal, scoliosis, wheelchair user and hoist, gastrostomy. This is double-up shifts (two support workers on shift together).

Shifts
