About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join a dedicated and growing Children's Contracts team across Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum‑seeking young people, as they transition into independent living. You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive long‑term outcomes.
