Children’s Residential Support Worker (PH) – £12.80 – £13.75 per hr

• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).

This is a 6 bed children’s residential home, offering 52-week care in a warm, homely environment. It is situated in an established residential area in Aldridge. The home prides itself on providing care and support for children with learning and physical disabilities and associated behaviours. The home prides itself on working with families and professionals, to provide opportunities for learning, increasing independence and more importantly FUN.

You will be working Early shifts, late shifts, long days and the rota does include alternate weekends and a sleep in requirement. You will assist the management team in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to children and young people.
