Role: Children’s Practitioner
Salary: Grade G - £36,363 a year
Location: Council House, Derby
Hours: 37 hours a week

Contract Type: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Early Help Teams as a Children’s Practitioner. The Staying Together Team works with young people and families who are at risk of entering the care system.
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed Children’s Practitoners to work as part of our multi-agency teams to provide support and services to young people and families. You will be able to use your excellent peoples skills to build relationships with families to enable them to work on their strengths and develop positive outcomes.
