Qualifications

  • Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
  • Experience of managing a children’s home or minimum 2 years experience in a residential children’s home
  • Handles pressure with ease
  • Determined and zealous for making a difference
  • Enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals (tailor‑made for you)
