Job Description
Lead engaging youth programs at the McDonald Family YMCA in Toronto. This full-time, contract role focuses on program delivery, team leadership, and community engagement for child and youth activities.
As the Child, Youth and Family Programs Supervisor, you will be instrumental in developing and overseeing inclusive programs that align with YMCA standards. Collaborate with the Aquatics and CYF Programs Director to provide training, support, and performance monitoring for staff and volunteers. Your leadership will enhance engagement through strategic planning and execution of camps and activities while ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants.
