Position Overview: Reporting to the Utilities Supervisor, the Chief Wastewater Operator oversees the operation, maintenance, repair, and optimization of the Town's wastewater treatment plant, lift stations, and collection system. This position monitors system performance, conducts testing and inspections, coordinates maintenance programs, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
