People and Talent Partner Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced People and Talent Partner to join our team in Mexico City. As the local face of our culture, you will be responsible for driving hiring excellence, supporting our people, and building bridges between CDMX and HQ.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in Recruiting and People Operations. They should have proven success hiring professional roles, with a strong background in fintech or operations preferred. The role requires bilingual skills (English-Spanish) to communicate effectively with clients and HQ staff.
