Job Description
**What You Will Do:**
+ **Lead & Inspire:** Supervise, train, and motivate the stewarding team to ensure seamless daily operations and high morale.
+ **Maintain Excellence:** Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all kitchens and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP).
+ **Asset Management:** Manage the inventory, control, and distribution of chinaware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment. Keep breakage and loss to an absolute minimum.
+ **Chemical & Waste Control:** Oversee the safe handling and correct dosage of cleaning chemicals, and manage eco-friendly waste disposal systems.
+ **Collaborate:** Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Director to support major banquets, events, and daily restaurant operations.
