Role Overview

The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk management framework. This includes identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across credit, market, liquidity, operational, compliance, information security, and AML domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall risk management function across the Bank, ensuring effective implementation of risk frameworks.
  • Oversee credit risk, market risk, Information security risk, liquidity & interest rate risk, operational risk, and compliance risk management.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Basel guidelines and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process.
  • Supervise internal financial controls, information security risk assessments, and cybersecurity preparedness.
