Chief RF Engineer Centurion Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware 10 years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership Recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics, embedded systems, or firmware Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO) Computer Literacy: MS Office (Proficient) MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial) Responsibilities: Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence Guide and review design activities to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and performance integrity Mentorship & Team Development Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation Support opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, and bid dev...
