Job Description

Join an exciting hydropower construction project as the CRE to play a pivotal role in the leadership, delivery, of a major programme of work. This position is ideal for a person who has delivered large project successfully in their career.


This is a site-based position, the Chief Resident Engineer will work closely with the Project Director to drive operational excellence across all phases of project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Full‑Time Site Supervision – Maintain continuous onsite presence to witness and validate all critical construction activities
  • Support the Project Director in managing the construction project, management of the EPC contractor and resolving issues in the first instance
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control Oversight – Monitor and validate all onsite QA/QC procedures.
