Responsibilities
- Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments across the organization
- Coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
- Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services
- Manage contracts
- Oversee the analysis of data and information
- Advise senior management
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement and contracts
- Bilingual – English and French
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
