CHIEF (PROSTHETICS)

Summary The Prosthetics Manager/Supervisory Prosthetic Representative manages and supervises the prosthetics program at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. The Prosthetics Manager must possess appropriate knowledge and experience in the field and/or a strong educational background, including business, a medical field (e.g. prosthetics, orthotics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiotherapy, nursing, etc.), public administration, health administration, or those in related courses of study. Responsibilities Functions: Formulates, presents, executes and analyzes organizational budgets. Develops the annual specific- purpose budget for the medical center and submits it for review to medical center leadership and the VISN 7 Prosthetics Lead.
