CHIEF PILOT Purpose of the job: Reporting directly to the Flight Operations Manager to whom contractual authority has been granted to ensure that all activities undertaken by Wilderness Air Botswana are carried out in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual in terms of the applicable requirements prescribed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana and the Wilderness Air, Air Service licenses. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Full and effective control of Wilderness Air Botswana Pilots which includes but not limited to, the safe, efficient, legal and correct conduct of pilots. Oversee all operational planning and briefing, as well as all related duties and functions of the aircrew whilst on flight duty in liaison with the Flight Operations Manager.
