Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. The COO reports directly to the CEO and ensures strategy is executed efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Management Oversee daily operations across Operations, HR, IT, and other core business functions. Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity, and organizational stability.
