We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our client, which is an RBI-Registered NBFC focused on institutionalizing and scaling its lending operations. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), your responsibilities would be:

• Owning the complete operational lifecycle, including loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and collections.
  
• Designing and enforcing SOPs for secured and unsecured lending to ensure TAT discipline and eliminate inefficiencies.
