Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced, transformational Chief Operating Officer to build and lead the operational foundation of our rapidly growing Medicaid Home Health, PDN, PAS, and Hospice organization. This is not a traditional COO role, we need an executive who can build the systems, leadership structure, and performance culture required to scale the company from approximately $15 million to more than $150 million in annual revenue over the next 3 to 5 years. The COO will own all operational functions i.e. clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, intake, admissions, quality, compliance, workforce productivity, and customer experience, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Chief Growth Officer to deliver exceptional patient care while building a scalable platform for future expansion and acquisitions.
