Operational Leadership:Lead and manage all back-office and middle-office operations, including trade processing, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation.Ensure timely and accurate execution of securities transactions across all asset classes.
Risk & Compliance:Oversee client due diligence (CDD/KYC) processes in line with local and international regulations.Implement robust operational risk management frameworks and internal controls.
Process Optimization:Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance and client service standards.
