Bali Event Group is seeking a high-performance Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and scale a fast-moving experiential group spanning events, activations, rentals, creative production, and hospitality-driven experiences across Bali.

This is not a passive administrative role.

We are looking for a disciplined operator and business leader capable of driving organizational efficiency, accountability, revenue growth, and operational excellence across multiple divisions and teams.

While experience in the events industry is a strong advantage, we are equally interested in candidates from hospitality, operations, lifestyle, F&B, entertainment, or multi-division service businesses who possess exceptional leadership, systems thinking, and performance management capabilities.
