Mô tả công việc: As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will provide technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately. Duties and responsibilities include:

Technology stack and strategy:
- Provide technical development/technological trend aligning with company's vision and sales trends/strategy.
- Lead and build up the technical team and development team.
- Lead or initiate the technical innovations/research.

Quality standards:
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

Training development:
- Give in-depth training on the subject matters.
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.

Support business development:
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
